I work on a consultancy basis for one-to-one clients, which can be face to face or on a video call. 

This typically works for clients who:

• Have a large project such as converting a farm to multiple holiday lets 
• Do not have the time, availability or contacts and need someone to bridge the gaps 
• Have experience in renovation and / or development but need some targeted specific help in certain areas ( e.g. period property or holiday lets) 

I take a very flexible approach to create a format that works for you.

I like to be open and upfront about the charges for this exclusive service, as a guide I charge from £200 per hour. I often find that in just one or two hours we can get you to a confident place of self-sufficiency and add a lot of value to your project. In this time I can point out a lot of pitfalls and shortcuts that will help and reduce your costs.  

For larger projects it can be worth working on a day rate or retainer basis, this is always set up as a bespoke service dependant on your exact needs 

Regardless of the format, my aim is always to over deliver, to provide a lot more value than I charge for.
